Mr. Hoover has served as Vice President for Enrollment since July 2024.  He has served 91����Ƶ since he graduated in 2011, most recently as Associate Vice President for Advancement where he provided strategic leadership over annual giving efforts and carried a portfolio of major and corporate donors.  Mr. Hoover graduated cum laude from 91����Ƶ with a bachelor’s degree in Biology (pre-med concentration).  He later earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership from 91����Ƶ in 2021.  Mr. Hoover serves as lead staff liaison to the Strategic Positioning & Growth committee of the Board.  Mr. Hoover holds several key leadership positions with local nonprofits, including serving as President of the board of directors of United Way of Harrisonburg & Rockingham County.
