DEPARTMENT: 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ at Lancaster
Nils received his B.A. History and Social Science/Secondary Education from 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ in 2011 and spent the next year teaching 6th grade United States History. After spending some time running an Outdoor Education at Brethren Woods Camp and Retreat Center he earned his M.A. in World History from James Madison University in 2016 and started working as an adjunct professor in the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ Main Campus history department.
Currently, Nils is pursuing a second M.A. in German and European Studies at Georgetown University and is teaching online courses for 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ Lancaster.
Nils lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Ingrid and their two dogs. He is an active soccer and ultimate frisbee player who continues to be excited about teaching World History for 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ.
