A third straight offensive outburst powered 91¶ÌÊÓƵ's baseball men to a 14-6 win over Hood College Wednesday afternoon in Harrisonburg. Eastern Mennonite (15-15) tied their season high with 21 hits, including seven doubles. Since breaking an eight-game skid with a 10-5 win over Bridgewater last Wednesday, the Royals have won five of six games, scoring nine or more runs in each win.

In a wild game, 91¶ÌÊÓƵ's baseball team plated four runs in the 10th inning to grab a 12-8 win at USA South power Ferrum College. The Royals needed a run in the ninth to force an extra frame, where they grabbed the momentum to improve to 13-15 on the year.

Despite a CVC loss at Stevenson on Saturday, 91¶ÌÊÓƵ's volleyball men finished the regular season on a winning note as they head into their first-ever CVC Tournament. The Royals took a 3-1 win over Penn State-Altoona to wrap up Saturday's tri-match in Owings Mills, Md., pushing their record to 21-10.

The Royals ran Saturday at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational in Lynchburg, which provided the men and women a good mix of D-I and D-II scholarship athletes as well as ODAC rivals they would see again.

Once they got things clicking, 91¶ÌÊÓƵ's baseball men were in control in Wednesday's big 10-5 win over Bridgewater College. The Royals scored 10 of the final 11 runs in the game, picking up an impressive victory over their rivals while also snapping an eight-game losing streak.
