A goal in each half gave 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ's soccer women a 2-0 win over Hampton University Saturday afternoon in Harrisonburg. Their fourth shutout of the season was easily the most impressive, as Eastern Mennonite earned the victory over the D-I Pirates.

91¶ÌÊÓÆµ setter (Staunton, Va./Robert E. Lee) moved into second place on 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ's career assists list on Saturday, bolstered by a season-high 46-assist effort against North Carolina Wesleyan.

Being a staple in the men’s soccer team’s offense has become the norm for junior (Mount Jackson, Va./Stonewall Jackson). Juan notched four goals in two games last week, landing the ODAC Player of the Week as well as the Royals Athlete of the Week.

Becca Hardy broke a program record by landing nine kills on just ten swings with no errors in a win against Mary Baldwin.

Katie Mansfield, director of STAR, was among the speakers from the US, Ghana and Pacific Island countries at the first-ever Pacific Peace Conference in Suva, Fiji. Leda Werner, Women's Peacebuilding Leadership Program director, was also in attendance.  

Despite twice netting an equalizing goal, the Royals ran out of time against rival Bridgewater College Wednesday night at home, dropping a 3-2 decision to the Eagles.
