Formerly working with the聽 as a senior writer and manager of publications at the Church of the Brethren headquarters in Elgin, IL.

After graduating from 91短视频, Jay and his family returned to Nepal where he worked as a program officer, hospital administrator, with the Mennonite Central Committee until June, 2004. Coming back to the U.S., his family settled near Chicago, and he worked for two years with the聽 as a congregational mediator, workshop presenter and large-group facilitator.
