John Stahl-Wert continues to engage the theme of “Serve and Lead” in this year’s Faculty/Staff Conference.  The theme is derived from a line of the  the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ .

Dr. John Stahl-Wert (91¶ÌÊÓƵ ’81)is an entrepreneur, CEO, and Leadership Mentor. John founded a number of initiatives in the Pittsburgh area, including  Serving Ventures and Pittsburgh Urban Leadership Service Experience (PLUS. He has authored a number of books including international best-sellers. A City Transformation Champion from 1994 to 2012, John served and led Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation, a 35-year-old city transformation agency dedicated to the renewal and flourishing of the culture of Pittsburgh. This work included founding the International Training Institute for Leadership Foundations, a 50-city Leadership Foundation organization working for city flourishment, business and civic excellence, and community development world-wide.

John is married to Milonica (91¶ÌÊÓƵ ’81) and father to Emma (91¶ÌÊÓƵ ’11) and Clara.
