is currently on research leave from the in order to finish work for her master’s degree in Conflict Transformation from the at 91����Ƶ.  She is writing a thesis and conducting a research study which is entitled: Self-Care May Not Be Enough: Secondary Traumatic Stress and Organizations: A Mixed-Methods Study. She will defend her thesis in December of this year.
