In the final week of the summer, before fall athletes arrive for pre-season, Dave ties up loose ends on this weeks podcast, highlighting some of the preparatory work that has been going on in preparation for the upcoming school year. He also re-caps the faculty staff conference and talks about creativity that exists in the world of sports, whether is be designing practices, recruiting a student athlete, developing strategy or creating team unity.
